Oded and Yaron have more than 20 years of experience in the startup arena, with many successes such as IncrediMail (Perion), Cybertinal, InnerActive (Fyber) and many more.
Together as We Group, we are devoted to share our experience, knowledge and connections with young startups and quality entrepreneurs.
We work with only a selected few startups at given time.
We see our entrepreneurs as diamonds on the rough and our job is to empower them and the skills they already have. In addition to that we facilitate all strategic needs from management, marketing, organizational, operational, technological and financial (although it is important to stress that we don't act as bankers.)

OUR TEAM
Oded Federbusch
is a successful investor, with a proven ability of spotting great potential and acting on it. Oded is the first investor in Yaron’s first startup -IncrediMail, one of the “Startup Nation” success stories. As a startup and high-tech specialist, he since then nurtured, mentored and invested in various startups with a great success traction.
Yaron Adler
is the founder and CEO of IncrediMail (now known as Perion), one of the “Startup Nation” success stories. As one of IncrediMail's founders, he also served as the its CEO for over 8 years, and led it to a successful IPO at Nasdaq. Since then he nurtured and invested in various startups with a great success traction.
